A group of Walpole High students against the proposal to put security cameras in the hallways will present the School Committee with a petition tonight in an attempt to stop the plan from moving forward. Superintendent Lincoln Lynch is pushing for security cameras in all Walpole school buildings. Spring Town Meeting must approve the $73,000 move in May as part of this year?s capital budget, which would fund the cameras.
