At IBC 2013, Harris Broadcast is planning on previewing the ideas and techniques of the new management team. In addition to this, Steve Foreman and Jeff Liening have been announced as new members of senior management. Foreman will occupy the position of president of global operations and services while Liening will serve as vice president. Liening has previously held management positions at five different companies.
Foreman is joining the company after having served at Texas Pacific Group for seven years. He currently holds business degrees from the University of Washington and a degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Previous work experience also includes the position of senior vice president at E2open where he aided the company’s growth from approximately $1 billion to $20 billion.
CEO Charlie Vogt reports that Harris Broadcast will adapt to a changing technological and industrial landscape. The company’s customer base and patents, among other things, will be strong tools to keep Harris Broadcast relevant in the marketplace. He hopes that these new additions to the leadership team will allow the company to expand upon its already strong potential.
Foreman is also optimistic about Harris Broadcast’s future and has expressed excitement at working with the new management team.
